Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Also, you can forward email messages from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email boxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
